How long should a beginner wear a waist trainer?
If you're new to waist training, start with 1–2 hours per day and see how your body responds. Comfort always comes first — the inner cotton lining helps, but everyone's tolerance is different. There's no rush.

How do I build up my wear time?
Increase gradually — add 30–60 minutes every few days as you feel comfortable. Many customers work up to 6–8 hours over several weeks. Listen to your body and never push through discomfort.

When should I take it off?
Remove the trainer immediately if you experience: difficulty breathing, numbness or tingling, sharp pain, or any unusual discomfort. The dual adjustable belts let you loosen the fit before removing — always start there.

Can I sleep or exercise in it?
We do not recommend sleeping in your waist trainer. For exercise, it can be worn during low-to-moderate intensity workouts; however, if at any point it restricts your breathing or movement, remove it and take a break.

Is it safe for postpartum use?
Many of our customers use waist trainers as part of their postpartum recovery journey for abdominal support and confidence. We always recommend getting clearance from your midwife or GP before starting, especially after a C-section or any surgical procedure.

Does the latex cause irritation?
The inner cotton lining (96% cotton, 4% spandex) sits directly against the skin to minimise contact with the latex exterior. If you have a known latex allergy, please do not use this product. If you notice any skin irritation, discontinue use.
